A Home from Home Setting
Our beautiful spacious home is the perfect place for children to feel safe, learn, be creative, have fun, and feel as if they are in their own home. They are provided with wonderful care and loving support. Their routines that they follow at home are supported and they are encouraged to socialise and engage with each other to develop their confidence and well-being.
All inclusive care for your child
All food, drinks, nappies, wipes and outings are included in our price. This makes it easy and convenient for parents to get their children ready in the morning without any added pressure of deciding what they need to pack for the day.
20 years experience
I have worked in childcare settings now for 20 years. My experience has ranged from being a nursery practitioner to managing a large nursey setting with numerous staff and children. I am now using that wealth of experience to run our own setting which is based upon strong childcare values that we as a family believe in.
Ofsted Registered
Our setting is registered with Ofsted and follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) which sets standards for the learning, development and care for children from birth to 5 years old. We also provide childcare for after school children from 5 to 8 years old.
purpose built activity garden
Our all-year round garden has been purpose built for our children. It is a private space which is not overlooked and allows children to explore and play outside in all seasons.
Learning & Activity Plan
Our children follow a stimulating and fun EYFS learning schedule which is sent out to our parents at the start of every week alongside a meal plan.
Supportive Family
My two children are the heartbeat of our home. They embrace and accept all the children who attend our setting as if they were their own sibling, regardless of their race, ethnicity and gender. My husband is an assistant headteacher in charge of teaching, learning and curriculum at a thriving Kent grammar school and enjoys supporting in the planning of our weekly EYFS learning schedule.
my setting is open all year round
From September to August our setting is open. It is only closed for 15 working days during the 12 months of the year. Our setting is flexible to meet our parents’ needs where children attend our childcare setting for all, or some, of our working week.
Regular Outings
We firmly believe that our children's experiences are enriched through exploring a variety of environments. Every week we go on regular outings to the zoo, parks, indoor and outdoor play areas and nature walks.
A Beautiful Setting - Hayle Park Nature Reserve
Our home is located in a quiet and peaceful development which is directly opposite the stunning Hayle Park Nature Reserve. Drop off's and pick ups are made easy with parking available directly outside the front of our home.
